Meditation Training Syllabus
The Syllabus for the 15-day course is specifically designed to include a comprehensive set of mon work practices and spiritual practices aimed at resolving the hidden internal contradictions through yogic practices.

What is Included in the Meditation Course Fee:
- Shared Accommodation for 14 nights (single accommodation option will be extra)

- 6.30 - 6.45 am: - Detox tea
- 6:45 - 08:00 am : - Joints and Glands Exercise with relaxation and breathing
- 8.00 - 8.30 am: - Yoga Nidra meditation
- 8.30 - 9.30 am : - Breakfast(fruits and juices)
- 9.30 - 10.30 am: - Ganga meditative walk
- 11:00 - 12:30 pm : - Meditation training and teaching practicum
- 01:00 - 02:00 pm: - Lunch (light and no salt allowed)
- 02:00 - 3.45 pm: - Mindfulness in Action (Break)
- 3.45 - 4.00 pm : - Lemon Tea or juice
- 4:00 - 5:00 pm: - Philosophy of meditation
- 5:30 - 7:00 pm: - Meditation Practice
- 7:30 - 8:30 pm : - Dinner(light)
- 8.30 - 9.00 pm: - Digestive Walking
- 9.30 pm : - Sleep with Awareness and Japa
