About 200-hour YTT
200-hour yoga teacher training is the beginners’ course for learning and excelling in various forms and guidelines of yoga. This course will help you streamline body and mind. The course is certified by Yoga Alliance, USA and the curriculum is strictly based on Yoga Alliance’s guidelines. Dr. Sanjay Yogi
Dr. Sanjay Yogi is an experienced 200 and 500 Registered Yoga Teacher by Yoga Alliance. He was born in Rishikesh, foothills of Himalaya, He completed his Master’s degree in yogic science & Ph.D (Yoga & Philosophy). Since 2004, he has started facilitating yoga classes, yoga workshops, yoga retreats, and yoga teacher training courses in different countries (India, Japan, USA, and Europe). His education covered fields like classical yoga, yoga philosophy, pranayama, Ayurveda science, naturopathy, pulse and aura diagnostics, yoga therapy, pranic healing, vedic rituals. He visited many traditional ashrams and Buddhist monasteries in Nepal, Bhutan, and the Himalayas where he learned other aspects of yoga and increased his knowledge about Buddhism, yoga therapy, and pranic healing.
Among his teachers are Swami Yogananda, Swami Veda Bharti, Swami Dev Murti, Iyengar, Pattabhi Jois, as well as many unknown saints and sages with great knowledge from the Himalayas. He practiced yoga and meditation since he was 10 years old. His first teacher was his grandfather. According to him, the truth is present in the heart of everybody and it cannot be found in any ashram or monastery. The real peace is in the heart - not outside. We all are equal in the eyes of God and everybody can live a happy and complete life in the everyday’s reality. There is no reason to search the happiness or the guru by escaping in a spiritual country or into an ashram.
Dr. Manoj Kumar
Dr. Manoj has studied in depth the Vedas, Upanishads, Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras, Bhagavat Geeta, different Hatha yoga scriptures, Ayurveda, as well as Sanskrit language. He applies the principles of Raja yoga in his daily life and is an inspirational lecturer with a rich spiritual experience. He is Swami Yogananda‘s personal interpreter and assistant on his worldwide tours. He is giving yoga philosophy lectures in different universities in India, and is leading yoga philosophy, pranayama, and meditation at yoga teacher training courses in countries around the globe.
All modern amenities are available, yet ashram like space is provided. You can complete your course staying out of campus as well. We offer you with twofold contribution accommodation, and on order it can be altered to single room as well. However, single space is limited. We encourage timely possession of the accommodation, with well-timed vacancy after achievement of the course.
The food is 100% vegetarian, following the balance of body and mind. The time for food is fixed as per timetable thus promoting control among students. The meals are hygienic and delicious.

What to bring
1 hand towel, 1 personal yoga mat, alarm clock, laptop or tablet (if you like to use the internet), modest, casual, and comfortable clothes suitable for yoga, notebook and pen, sleeping bag (for winter), small thermos or tea mug, sunglasses, toiletries, torch, walking shoes, water bottle.

Non-vegetarian food and drinks and other outside food are not allowed inside the campus.
Alcohol, tobacco, smoking, and other drugs are not allowed during the course.
No friends and relatives are allowed to stay with yoga students without any prior permission from the management.
