Beginning in 1999, Tina embarked on a journey to learn the art and science of yoga. Simultaneously, she studied to become a licensed massage therapist (LMP). Her early yoga focus was on Hatha yoga and the 5 Tibetan Rites, along with deep meditations of OSHO’s Dynamic & Kundalini meditations. Tina’s knowledge of anatomy and physiology, her extensive yoga training, consulting practice with the doctors in her massage practice combined with her own lived experience of yoga’s power to heal and transform, help make her the powerful and evolving teacher that she is. Every moment is an opportunity to listen to the body’s intelligence and explore new possibilities. See more photos and other events by this presenter
