This Retreat is the ideal way for to learn about Ashtanga yoga practice, and to establish your meditation routine.
It is an excellent Yoga Retreat for beginners completely new to yoga, new to Ashtanga Yoga, or for anyone looking to expand the fundamentals or improve the yoga practice.
The program is all inclusive, and involves sitting guided meditation, two yoga sessions (ashtanga vinyasa yoga in the morning and some restorative postures in the afternoon, in a yin yoga class) as well as special breathing techniques, all the vegetarian meals (brunch and dinner), unlimited herbal tea and water, healthy snacks, and transport from and to the airport .
You will feel a deeper connection inside your body and mind and develop more self awareness and self realization. You will get a better control of your breath, that will help you to keep your mind quiet and calm.
If you have experience or no experience at all with yoga and meditation , you will benefit from our program. Without any pressure or targets we will guide you through the classes!

In 2003 i moved from Venezuela to the Netherlands. Having a career as an accountant, i started to practice yoga at home. Soon i decided to dedicated most of my time to study and practice more yoga. In 2006 i was teaching my first yoga class, since then i have been dedicating to practice, to share and to study yoga.
Following my heart i decided together with Erik to move to Spain and start what has been my dream: yoga retreats in La Costa del Sol.
In my classes i want to motivate the students to have a regular yoga practice,
I will give you specific tools, depending on your body type and your life style, and i hope i can help you to extend your own growth .
For me it is a privilege to be in sunny Andalucia and share my love for the practice of yoga, together with my husband Erik and with all wonderfull people.
About my yoga studies
I am a yoga Alliance Certified Teacher RYS, by the yoga institute of Houston, USA,
and completed a teacher training in ashtanga vinyasa yoga in the Parthman Niketan , in Risikesh, India, where i also studied indian philosophy in the Punab Paschim Institute.
I have studied ashtanga yoga with Sharath Jois in Mysore India, and with other ashtanga certified and authorized teachers: Eddie Stern, David Swenson, Manju Jois, Saraswati, Max Czenszak, Mariela Cruz and many others.
Besides i was blessed to travell to many countries where i followed different courses and workshops in many other different forms of yoga, iyengar, kundalini, and yin yoga.
In 2009 i founded the first ashtanga studio in Groningen and in 2013,together with Erik, we founded the traditional ashtanga yoga school in Den Haag. See more photos and other events by this presenter
Until now , i learned that yoga is for everyone and that yoga is an inner practise what you can do all your life, and what gives you benefits on and outside the mat. My first teacher is my wife Miguidet who had the patient and love to teach me the basic steps of yoga.
Every morning i practise hatha or ashtanga yoga and my life changed in a positive way the last years. I had in the past years many different teachers and went to India to practise with Sharath Jois. in New York and Mallorca i practised with Eddie Stern, in the Netherlands i practised and did workshops with Clayton Horton,Mariela Cruz, Gibran Gonzalez, Max Czenszak, Nuno Vintem and many others. In the netherlands i teached Hatha,Vinyasa and Ashtanga yoga. Now i am really happy to give together with Miguidet the Yogaretreats in a beatiful place in thebhqrt of Malaga,for everybody who does yoga or want to learn it. One important lesson in yoga, it is your own practise ,no ego and no showing of and everybody is equal, young or old,flexibil or stiff we all can do it!
