Atlantis Serenity Holistic Health Retreat is situated in a small authentic village called Schinokapsala, on the South-East coast of Crete, Greece. There are only a few local inhabitants in the village. The village faces pure nature and the Mediterranean sea, where you will find peace, quiet, and also tranquility. There is a sandy beach which is only 6 kms away from the village.You can walk there in about one and a half hour, from the holistic retreat, on dirt tracks and through nature.We also have a minibus which goes down at certain times of the day. We provide a choice of inclusive packages to help you get all you need to rejuvenate and feel stress free and find balance. Our aim is to help you find peace, to show you some ways to recover from the stress of everyday life challenges and to learn new experiences. Also, to meet like minded people like yourself.
These are some of the ways of releasing any stress related issues: Meditation,Yoga, Reiki, Indian Head Massage,Aromatherapy, Angel Therapy, spiritual counselling and other natural ways of healing. Also, a variety of creative holistic workshops for example: Pottery, Glass art, Hand made Jewellery, Writing, Vegetarian Cooking, Painting & Drawing, Dancing.. We have a variety of fresh organically grown vegetarian food to offer at our eco friendly holistic retreat but on your arrival and on your last day we take you to a Authentic Greek Taverna to try the local cuisine. We have available excursions like: long and short walks through Gorges, Forests and Olive Groves also visits to Archaeological sites, Jeep safari, Horse riding and much more. About the teacher
Steve Braxton – Shiva Shakti – India trained Instructor
Steve has been teaching and practising in PTI, Meditation and Yoga for the past 8 years, mainly in Scotland and has taught in Greece, Czech Republic, UK and India. He recently completed a fully immersive programme in traditional Hatha yoga in India and is now set to further his study holding workshops at Atlantis Holistic Retreat in Crete, Greece.
