Valentina studies the ancient Yogi texts daily and follows the Kriya Yoga’s spiritual and meditative practices. Guided by her teacher Giovanni Formisano, Valentina became a yoga teacher through an intensive two year Yoga Alliance Teacher Training course in Hatha and Raja Yoga and has completed several specialised courses in India on teaching techniques, back bending practices, Pranayama and Hatha Yoga.
Every year Valentina spends several months in India deepening her practice and regularly attends seminars and workshops in Europe and the U.S.
Valentina teaches the Traditional Yoga in Milan, Italy and Megeve, France where she is dedicated to her students with love and devotion.
