Grouse Run is a true sanctuary for the soul in the Blue Ridge Mountains. This secluded mountain retreat is situated on 40 acres of majestic forest, secret gardens, private trails, a 24 foot Medicine Wheel and pristine mountain streams.
Multiple houses offer various lodging options from private rooms to double occupancy rooms, all with shared baths. There is a spa house for individual healing sessions/massage/lomilomi as well as a hot tub.
The property is located in Hendersonville, 25 miles south of Asheville, NC.
The closest airport is the Asheville Regional Airport located approximately 30 minutes away. Shuttle service to and from the Asheville airport (on Thursday and Sunday afternoon) is available.
Another airport that is often less expensive to fly into is the Greenville-Spartanburg International Airport. Located in South Carolina, it is approximately 1 hour away from the retreat property.

Through her business, Ola Lokahi, she and her ohana offer workshops, on-line courses, coaching, and Susan's signature A.L.I.V.E. & L.I.V.E. As a graduate of the United States Military Academy and formerly an active duty Army officer, Susan brings a unique perspective to the world of yoga, meditation, and healing arts. Cindy Leialoha Mahuka
Cindy Leialoha Mahuka is a talented visual artist, hula dancer, and teacher. She has been sharing her gifts with people of all ages for over 26 years. Leialoha will guide retreat goers through co-creative activities such as the making of "mana cards." These mana cards will not only assist retreat goers in integrating the teachings and experiences of the weekend, but inspire participants to connect with a deeper sense of mindfulness and motivation long after the retreat is over.
Leialoha & Susan Pualani Alden (founder of Ola Lokahi) are hula sisters. Throughout the weekend, they will share hula, oli (chant), traditions and culture of their beloved Hawaiian home.See more photos and other events by this presenter
