Start and finish each day with a 2-hour dynamic workout on the beach specially designed by our team to improve your strength and mobility (weather permitting). Through a variety of exercises, we will empower you to maximize the results from any workout. These sessions will give detailed and personalized information about your body and how to most efficiently build health and strength while burning away unwanted pounds. Afternoon seminars will take you through a range of topics, such as strategic nutrition, wellness coaching, and managing a fitness plan. In addition to personalized coaching and workouts, participants will learn how to correct fitness and weight loss myths with scientifically proven methods, revitalize their understanding of food and nutrition, and receive the tools to establish healthy habits.
