7 x Night Ashtanga Retreat - Gozo, Malta
“The full ashtanga system practiced with devotion leads to freedom within one’s heart.”
Krishna Pattabhi Joi
Come away to the Maltese island
called Joy (the English translation of "Gozo").
Immerse yourself within the practice of Ashtanga Vinyasa Flow Yoga.
Taste the delights of our home-made vegetarian cooking and relax in surroundings that offer both comfort and a peaceful ambiance.
Allow your body this time to feel the full benefits from an Ashtanga Yoga practice, which are much more than merely the physical, it's about the emotional connection and spiritual awakening also.
Explore the beautiful landscape, watch the colourful sunset’s and take one of the many tours around the island; the Goddess temples perhaps (which are one thousand years older than the pyramids).
Sometimes it’s very necessary to remove ourselves from our everyday setting in order for us to reboot through the practice of yoga and the nurturing from a healing environment. By dedicating this time to the practice it creates not only a physical space in our bodies but a space in our minds.
It's the space created in the mind, when free of the clutter from life that opens us to receiving all the luxuries the positive thoughts have to present us with. It’s these simple thoughts that move us towards leading a life with a passion and zest that we so desire and deserve.
