Each day a new adventure awaits you! Try out a variety of different workouts and learn about the benefits of raw food and super foods to fuel your everyday life and your workouts. This program is suitable for all levels from the beginner to recreational and elite athletes to the personal trainer or wellness coach. While improving your cardio, strength, flexibility, power, agility and balance you will notice that your mental health also improves. Radha and Kristen will be providing you with a unique program of strength and cardio exercises, core training, and yoga that requires no equipment at all allowing you to take what you learn home with you.
Over the long weekend you will:

Enjoy the sun and sand of the Bahamas while kayaking, snorkeling or just lying on the beach
Day One: Fly to Eleuthera: Settle In
You will be flying into the Eleuthera Airport (ELH). Take a short taxi ride to the dock and enjoy the boat ride to Harbour Island where you will be picked up. Get settled into your room, explore the island and relax on the beach. This afternoon we will do a total body stretch and work on creating a customized stretch routine to improve your posture, eliminate lower back pain, fix prior injuries, and prevent future injuries. Afterwards we will be enjoying a raw food dinner to learn about the benefits of super foods and how to integrate them into your daily routine to help give you energy, make your body function optimally, and prevent disease. After dinner sit around the beach bonfire enjoying conversation and listening to the waves under a canopy of stars.
Day Two: Coconut Crazy!
Rise and shine boot camp! Start the day using coconuts in our workout as “medicine balls”. This workout will open your eyes to how short and sweet your exercise routine can be. Today we will learn all the amazing benefits of the coconut and how to consume it in a variety of different ways. We will use the coconut water to make an all natural Gatorade free of artificial dyes and colorings but it will hydrate you quickly with it’s natural electrolytes that exactly replicate the mineral content of your blood plasma. Learn to make coconut milk, coconut butter, coconut oil and even coconut wine! We will make an exfoliating bath scrub using the sand and salt water of the Bahamas to help you exfoliate and fresh made coconut oil to deeply moisturize your skin. Have some down time to spend on the beach, go for a swim, or do some reading or journal. This afternoon we will be working on the core muscles and minor muscle groups to help you prevent injury and fix postural imbalances. Learn how to incorporate these exercises into your routine based on your body type and any previous injuries. We will end the day preparing our dinner together and learning the secret ingredients to making delicious raw food desserts. Indulge without the guilt!
Day Three: Paradise
We will start our day with a sunrise beach workout and yoga followed by a fresh tropical breakfast. Today will be a kayaking adventure to a private island. We will be paddling our way out and spend the day relaxing on the beach. You can spend more time paddling and watching the sea life or bring a book and enjoy some shade. We will paddle back and end the day with some relaxing yoga. Dinner will be prepared together to help you learn some new recipes.
Day Four: Depart
Our final morning together! We will have our last beach workout and yoga class before breakfast. We will have a little Q&A session to help you fine tune your routine and customize what you have learned to fit your lifestyle. Enjoy the island how you please until it is time to depart.
