This yoga teacher training follows the pre requisites of a
Yoga Alliance 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training.
We offer a relaxed but focused approach to practice, teaching and learning.
This course is for those who want to immerse in a Yoga experience, as well as those who intend to share their knowledge with others.
You will explore a safety first / flow later approach to teaching and sequencing. Combining alignment, core stability, and balanced Asana Flow.
With practice, you will develop your own voice, style and intuitive ability when teaching and guiding your students.

My latest passion is mountain biking and pranayama.... together !! I have studied and practised the following forms ... Iyengar yoga, Ashtanga Vinyasa, Yin Yoga, Bikram yoga, Power Vinyasa Yoga, Pilates and Core strengthening work, Chi Gung, Isolation and Functional gym Classes, plus have particpipated in many sports including rock climbing, rugby, body boarding, soccer, volleyball, fencing, rowing, body building, marathon running, long distance walking and cycling ....etc etc) I studied world religions and esoteric practises and trained in emotional release psychotherapeutic breath techiques.
