Our retreats are set in the heart of historic and beautiful Provence and run throughout the year. We also offer "made to measure" retreats for closed groups of friends or colleagues. Retreat dates for "closed groups" can be adapted to your needs, subject to availability.
Our retreats are characterised by a rich variety of experiences, all of which involve present-moment awareness and engaging the senses in a truly “mindful” way.
Breathwork, sitting meditation, yoga and mindfulness walking take place in the mornings. These sessions are led by an experienced mindfulness teacher and are suitable for everyone, from complete beginners to experienced meditators.
The afternoons offer total liberty to enjoy this wonderful region in your own, unique way. We will assist you with car hire if desired and there are many varied walking trails through the beautiful Provencal countryside accessed directly from the Bastide. If you prefer, bike hire is available and we will assist you with information regarding local wineries and the picturesque villages nearby. There are also a vast range of holistic treatments and therapies available at the Bastide, at additional cost. Whether it's simply lazing by the pool, taking a meditative walk, or a relaxing massage, we encourage each participant to consciously experience an “all-day” mindful appreciation and present moment awareness.
