Sarah Hunt

Sarah Hunt is originally from Canada, where she began her yoga journey almost ten years ago.

Her approach to yoga is fun, uplifting and energising. As a child, she was always inspired by the world of dance. This background continues to weave its way into her classes, creating a unique and special blend. Sarah's upbeat and creative style of yoga is designed to strengthen, tone and cleanse your entire body. Powerful and dynamic sequences encourage vitality and rejuvenation, balanced with slower and more mindful poses, leaving your body and mind in a relaxed and exhilarated state.

Sarah's favourite style of yoga is Vinyasa flow, which is what she teaches predominantly. She also loves Restorative yoga and believes it's essential in our busy lives. We are often under the impression that we're not achieving anything unless we're doing something, but Sarah loves to help her students see that silence and stillness can cause the most profound shifts.

Sarah's classes are designed to work on a physical, emotional and spiritual level, balancing our nervous systems in particular. Yoga puts us into challenging positions and then teaches us to breathe our way through it. This is what life is all about! As a teacher, she continually encourages everyone to transfer these lessons into our daily lives, leading to a more relaxed and balanced life.

Kate Lovell

Kate was born in Boston, but has always felt a strong pull towards Europe. She studied French and Italian at University and then moved to London to get a masters degree in 2005 before becoming a certified yoga teacher, health coach (and later a British citizen).

Kates yoga practice helped her through cultural transitions, stressful exams, desk work and back problems, which is why shes so passionate about sharing the benefits of yoga with others. She has had extensive training with gifted and inspiring teachers from a variety of movement and therapy backgrounds in order to teach yoga as a means of healing the body, calming the mind, and connecting you to a deeper sense of being in this world.

Her teaching style is playful and friendly, incorporating dynamic Vinyasa flow sequences with more restorative postures to help you feel both challenged and balanced by the end of class. She imparts words of wisdom from her study of yoga philosophy and eastern psychology to encourage you to weave the teachings of yoga into everyday life.

Kate teaches regular classes in London in both hot and temperate studios and specializes in Vinyasa flow, yoga for beginners, womens yoga, and meditation. She also teaches yoga privately and offers one-to-one health coaching to those looking to develop and sustain an appetite for healthy living. See more photos and other events by this presenter
