Rest, relax and reinvigorate! Come share with us in this inspired time in Tamarindo, Costa Rica. Explore your new or more experienced yoga practice and experience the local cuisine of the region with the inspired yoga.yummy food chick, Tracye Warfield. We'll share four (4) nights, five (5) days at the lovely Las Mareas de Tamarindo & Pangas Beach Club. Las Mareas offers exclusive villas, each overlooking Costa Rica’s pristine Pacific coastline. The villas sit against the backdrop of verdant Guanacaste hills and green zone looking out at Guanacaste’s untouched sands. Within the privacy of El Tesoro, Tamarindo’s only gated community, Las Mareas offers the best of both worlds: direct access to secluded beaches and abundant surf breaks just a short walk to the vibrant Tamarindo town center.
Your days will begin with a mindful Vinyasa flow and end with a restorative or meditative ocean side practice.
We'll share our oceanside, locally sourced, gourmet meals together at fabulous Pangas Beach Club restaurant each morning and evening, enjoying the view as the sun rises and sets on Tamarindo.
Throughout the day, you'll lounge on the beach or poolside at your villa, try your hand at surfing, explore the area on the excursions of your choosing and visit the town center for shopping.
You'll be pampered and attended to by the Las Mareas, Pangas, and bytracye team, ensuring that your expectations are exceeded so that you can breathe, let go, and enjoy!
