It is not in my nature to preach about myself :). However, I really want you to get to know me a little bit. That being said, I asked a few students, “Why do you take my class?” and here is what they said…
“Jesse is extremely real, she never sugar coats anything. She reminds me that life isn’t perfect and I don’t need to be perfect on any given day.”
“I love Jesse’s teaching because she is extremely funny, she always looks for the humor in things. She has a very light hearted, don’t take yourself seriously demeanor while still challenging you with her ridiculously hard sweaty classes.”
“Jess is extremely nurturing and compassionate. She has an incredible keen eye for alignment and the sequencing of her classes. I always feel she always has her eyes on me. She enables me.”
“Jesse embodies extreme honesty. She walks into a class with nothing to hide and this creates a safe space for me to get out of my head. I can take her class and allow myself to laugh, cry, fall, feel like a super hero or just simply be.” See more photos and other events by this presenter
As a student I enjoy practicing many different styles of yoga and have been fortunate enough to study with a variety of senior teachers including Lisa Walford, Maty Ezraty and even Sharath Jois in Mysore, India. My classes are a blend of all the styles I practice (Vinyasa Flow, Ashtanga, Iyengar) and I am known for creative sequencing, upbeat music and overall being pretty challenging. I teach mainly out of YogaWorks in Santa Monica which I hold very dearly as this is where I began with my daily practice.
Come check out a class.
