You're invited to join Autumn Adams, founder of Ambuja Yoga, for a weeklong yoga intensive and cultural immersion retreat in Bali hosted at Sarinbuana Ecolodge, Bali’s best kept secret. The lushness of Sarinbuana Ecolodge's property has the closeness to nature that all of our yoga retreats do with all of the luxuries and thoughtful details of a small Balinese ecolodge. We hope that you’ll join us as we celebrate all of life’s abundance through twice daily yoga, discussions about yogic philosophy, asana workshops, hikes and swimming in nature, and immersion into local culture through seva, temple visits, and experiencing Balinese traditions firsthand. Take a week to nurture your personal growth and development and give yourself the much deserved attention you need. You will have plenty of opportunity to reduce stress, deepen your yoga practice, and jumpstart a healthy and balanced diet and lifestyle. We can’t wait to host you.
Autumn Adams will guide the group through twice daily yoga practices. Each morning will begin with a sunrise yoga session to wake our bodies. At this retreat you will gain a deeper understanding of human anatomy and how it incorporates into our yoga practice. You will expand your knowledge of bandhas, breath, mudras, meditation, yoga nidra, and yogic philosophy. Be prepared to learn something new while making lifelong friends.
Evening yoga sessions will be more restorative in nature focusing on releasing deep, habitual patterns of holding and releasing fatigue and stress. Evening classes will also include guided meditation or yoga nidra.
There are many opportunities for exploration near Sarinbuana. You could learn about medicinal herbs/plants, go for a trek, swim in the swimming holes, explore the local community, learn how to give a Balinese massage…. the possibilities are endless. Autumn will also be available for private yoga lessons.
Sarinbuana is Bali's best kept secret... this exotic ecolodge is tucked up onto the hillside of dormant Mt. Batukaru The ambiance, the location, the staff, the food it is all divine. It is also the perfect place to unwind, delve deeper into your yoga practice, and to celebrate nature and its abundance without any outside distractions. Farm to table meals served by the always smiling staff will nourish your body and soul.

: Autumn Adams
Autumn Adams, RYT
Autumn was first exposed to yoga in 2000 but didn’t embrace yoga until college when she began to explore different styles of yoga (vinyasa, Bikram, yin, hatha, & Iyengar). Autumn was initially drawn to yoga for the physical aspect of the practice, but as her yoga knowledge began to expand she began to notice her perspective and priorities shifting.
Autumn is a Hatha- Vinyasa Yoga Instructor at the 500 hour level. She completed her 200 hour Hatha training with Yoga Indigo (Bend, OR) and her 300 hour level training with Zuna Yoga (Bali, Indonesia). Autumn has also studied Prenatal Yoga with Shana Celnicker Chong at the Bhaktishop in Portland, Oregon.
Autumn continues to deepen her practice by attending workshops with internationally recognized yoga instructors like: Leslie Kaminoff, Peter Sterios, Baxter Bell, Kathryn Budig and Rocky Heron among others. Autumn’s classes blend vinyasa & hatha yoga into an accessible, yet challenging practice that encourages intention, grace, & courage.
Autumn, her husband and their two dogs moved to Bend after wrapping up a 6 month trip through Asia where they practiced yoga, trekked in the Himalayas, climbed remote jungle peaks, and explored distant islands.
Autumn Adams is an avid yogini, foodie, hiker and traveler. When Autumn isn’t practicing yoga she can be found exploring Central Oregon, playing with her two naughty pups (Sal and Jedi), whipping up amazing meals for friends and family or deepening her knowledge of yoga.
