Julie Hall, certified forest therapy guide

Julie Hall is a forest therapy guide, photographer, and budding yin yoga instructor based in Santa Barbara, CA. Her background in European history, languages, and film called her to explore the world with a camera and so she did. After 12 years of working for law firms, in 2008 Julie left San Francisco to begin a solo journey in India and the journey just kept going. Drawn to spiritual sites in nature, often in the Buddhist world, she learned that body and mind, people and nature, land and spirit are intrinsically linked. Julie is founder of Shinrin-Yoku Walks and is leading retreats globally. See more photos and other events by this presenter
