From 15th to 22nd May 2016, we are organising a Fitness and Nutrition Retreat. Joining us is personal trainer, Steve Tikentzo and Naturopathic Nutritionist / Chef Rose Chamberlain.
This week is about teaching you how you can live a healthier and happier life with the right exercise programme and the right diet. You will learn how to manage nutrition and fitness correctly to give yourself a winning chance of changing your body-mind-soul for ever!
Through a mixture of high intensity physical training, nutritionally balanced food and personal health coaching, you will be encouraged to reach and sustain your weight and overall health goals, longterm.
Steve has studied and practised martial arts for more than 20 years. He has worked with all kinds of people, from beginners to top athletes. He has won numerous medals at top-level world competition in karate, kickboxing, wrestling and self-defence.
Rose is a trained Naturopathic Nutritionist and Therapeutic Chef from the College of Naturopathic Medicine in London. Her great passion is to help people get in shape, gain energy, lose weight and to prevent ill health and a poor lifestyle.
Rose creates a healthy diet for our guests which is designed to help lose weight and build muscle. You will learn from these healthy habits and make them last by including them in your daily routine. It's all about embracing healthier eating habits for the long run.
FITNESS & NUTRITION
The program is suitable for women who are already exercising, but who need that extra push to get to the next level. Busy days will create a lot of reasons for us to postpone the things that are important to us, so this week will give you the extra kick you need to get back on the right track.

You will go home with new knowledge about diet and know more about what a healthy lifestyle means. You will feel that your body has been active, yet at the same time, you will feel refreshed after a lot of good sleep and relaxation.

Kathy's Island Retreat is a small place – we only have room for 12 participants, so what we offer is personal and of good quality. We want all our guests to feel they are taken care of and that they are part of a group with the same goal – getting a healthier and happier life, both on the inside and on the outside.
