It is an oasis of tranquility, relaxation and wellbeing .Opale will be providing teachings of Vinyasa flowing and dynamic Yoga which incorporate and combine Prana Flow sequences. You will practice 3h morning Yoga, daily on an exclusive shady terrace enjoying a panoramic view of the beautiful landscape. Accommodation: The very exclusive apartments and one-room studios are bright and friendly with complete kitchen furnishings. There’s room for 2 – 3 persons, a large bed for 2 and a bed couch for the third person. All the appartments & studios have TV, radio, dish-washer, baking oven, microwave. A great swimming pool but also a panorama sauna and a whirlpool are always available for you. Location/Transport: Santa Eularia is a 8 minute drive – very handy for banks, cafes restaurants, shops & the town beach.The beaches are 10-15 away by car. There is a large variety of restaurants near by. The Holiday resort has good transport connections, 5 minutes by car to Sta. Eulalia, 12 minutes to Ibiza city. But as it is situated on the top of a mountain and you ll need to walk about 1,5 km to get to the main road with the bus connections, we recommend you to hire a car.See more events in this venue

What's included in the package price: Breakfast, vegetarian lunch, accommodation in double shared rooms with private kitchen and bathroom. 3h Yoga/meditation (morning classes) a day.
Daily schedule of activities:
9.30 am until 12.30 pm: Yoga class.
After 2pm: Suggestions of extra excursions or activities: a walk in nature, boat trip, Hippy markets, or relaxed time at the beach... (see more in Activities)
7- 8pm: You can cook your dinner in your private kitchen or we can recommend nearby restaurants.

Food: The food is delicious, healthy & vegetarian. Gluten and/or dairy-free requirements are catered for when necessary, please advise when booking. Dry and fresh seasonal fruits will be at your disposal for a light breakfast before the lessons. And the morning sessions Yoga lessons will be followed by a delicious organic vegetarian brunch.
Activities: To explore the island it is highly advisable to hire a car. Beautiful beaches such as Benirras, Cala Nova, Aguas Blancas are a short drive away in all directions. There are a wealth of things to see on the island (if you share the cost of hiring a car you can enjoy sites further afield) such as: Ibiza city’s old walled town, the Hippy Market in Es Canar on Wednesday. Las Dalhias Hippy Markets on Saturday and Monday evening, Namaste Music Show on Wednesday evenings, visiting Es Culleram, the birthplace of the island’s goddess, Tannit, or enjoying the sunset in the mystical location of Es Vedra.

For 15 years, she travelled the world. She lived in India for a few months each year and studied different types of yoga : Iyengar Yoga (focused on alignment) for 2 years. Then Astanga Vinyasa Yoga for 7 years (focus on Udjaih Breath and Bandhas). Then she moved on to Vinyasa Flow (Power Yoga) for 10 years. in alternance with the study of Vishranta Restorative Yoga. More recently she integrates Mindfulness into the Yoga practice.
In India, in 2004, she was certified to teach Astanga Yoga .
In France, in 2005, she was certified to teach Vinyasa and Vishranta Yoga (restorative Yoga) by Gerard Arnaud
In 2011, She achieved a Pilates Master in Ibiza. On request she now integrates Pilates exercises to the Yoga lesson to strengthen the abdominal belt, protect the spine and avoid backaches.
She also studied Indian philosophy, did a Vipassana Meditation retreat in India, and practiced Pranayama with Emil Wendels.
In India, for many years she studied Astanga Yoga with Rolf Naujokat and then was a student of David Swenson. In Paris she studied with renown Gerard Arnaud. More recently she was inspired by Christine May, from the Shiva Rea Prana Flow Yoga. And she is currently following a new TTC with Hugh Poulton about Integrated Yoga & Mindfulness Meditation.
She teaches since 2005 in Ibiza. She really appreciates the quiet of Ibiza, the peaceful beauty of its nature and its mystical remote places, so propitious for Yoga practice. That is why she chose to live and teach there.
