We steer well clear of any dogma or system that ask us to fit into it rather than vise versa.
What we do is foster authentic sharing from a place of personal truth.
You know that autopilot ‘teacher voice’ that can happen in classes? It prevents you from being fully present with your students. We have a unique approach to overcoming this common issue that will ensure no ‘teacher voice’ makes it into your classes ever again.
Your teaching practicums begin in week one and become steadily more challenging and confronting as we move through the program. Expect to take leaps in your skill level and capacity to effectively teach private yoga, speciality classes, workshops and to host retreats.
We have an approach to therapeutics that encompasses Structural, Functional, Emotional & Spiritual healing and that will enable you with enough experience to work privately with injured students.
We invite applications from graduates of 200hr yoga teacher training programs and also practitioners with 3 or more years experience. The schedule will be intensive and both physically and emotionally demanding. Aligning with our philosophy of Awakening, Healing & Personal Transformation, this course will not only develop your personal practice and refine your craft as a professional, skilled yoga teacher, but also focus on breaking through limiting beliefs and igniting your personal power. This immersion experience is not an opportunity to master advanced poses – our focus is on personal development and enhancement of skills including and beyond flexibility & strength of the body. Expect a balanced mix of yang and yin practices. Our course outline is as follows:
- Enhance your experience of asana, pranayama, kriya, mantra and meditation with up to 4 hours of practice daily
- Hone your skills and break free from habits that bind you with advanced teaching challenges
- Expand your knowledge with Advanced Alignment, Anatomy and Therapeutics

: Emma Warmington
Emma Warmington (E-RYT500)
A colourful past with a plethora of physical and emotional traumas has fed Emma’s greatest fascination for this life’s odyssey; the human animal’s seemingly boundless capacity for healing and transformation.
Having attended, assisted, co-taught and lead 8 residential yoga programs over the last 9 years, Emma has learned a thing or two about teacher training. She has developed a steadily progressive and highly effective method for training teachers and is currently offering both 200hr & 500hr Yoga Alliance registered courses in Thailand, Costa Rica and Northern Ireland.
Designed to build confidence, personal integrity and reveal raw authenticity, these programs and the dedicated team who teach them, encourage and support trainees in sharing their personal experience of yoga whilst standing confidently in the power of their own unique voice.
As a student, Emma continues to seek out the greatest teachers she can find and to date has accumulated over 2000 hours of accredited training with some of the world’s best. She brings together the depth of this knowledge plus her thousands of hours of teaching experience from around the world whilst remaining free from the restraints of any particular system or dogmatic approach. An affiliated Heart of Yoga teacher, Emma also holds certifications in Science of Chakra Yoga, Anusara-Inspired Yoga, Hatha Yoga (RYT500 from Anusara), Forrest Yoga (Advanced TT), Ancient Healing & Transformational Voice Work (Voices of Eden) & Tao Tantric Arts (Mantak Chia’s Universal Healing Tao), and has taken hundreds of additional hours of training with many notable teachers including extensive study of Body Mind Centering with Amy Matthews and Yoga Anatomy Principles with Leslie Kaminoff.
In teaching yoga, Emma guides her students with Krishnamacharya’s Principles of Practice as taught by her most influential teacher, Mark Whitwell. These breath focused principles provide the foundation for all practices and are complimented by sound alignment cues, mantra, hands on assists, self love, emotional release and the development of felt sense awareness as students come back into that place of deep connection were healing can occur. She teaches under the umbrella of Yin & Yang Therapeutic Yoga and her classes are informed predominantly by the needs of the people in front of her.
An enthusiastic kirtan wallah and crazy in love with sacred sexuality, Emma facilitates retreats and immersions programs with guest teachers as add ons to her trainings. She has a long history of practicing Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), conscious communication, massage, tantra, meditation, qi gong and silent retreats. This multidisciplinary approach has created a richly varied practice and a teaching tool kit that adapts to serve the individual and the ever changing nature of life. She is passionately dedicated to sharing these healing arts as a path to deeper intimacy in relationship, liberation in the body & mind, self-confidence, freedom from struggle in daily life and limitless personal growth.

Poncho Cottier (E-RYT200)
A few years later, whilst living in London, Poncho attended his first yoga classes as a way to release some of the stress from his second career as 3D modeller in film. Only two years after his first savasana, he packed up his life for the second time and set off on a one-way yoga/meditation journey through India, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Burma and Thailand.
Since then, yoga has been a fundamental element of Poncho’s life. He has been blessed with the generous guidance of truly gifted teachers in different yoga styles including hatha, vinyasa, anusara, ashtanga, iyengar, and more recently taoist yoga & qigong, from which he has developed his own ynamic, expressive style with a strong focus on structural alignment.
From taking that first leap of faith, Poncho’s life has become a constant striving to uncover layer after layer to reveal his underlying true self. By sharing his life experience through teaching he inspires others to do the same. Poncho teaches joyful, profound, empowering classes from the deep knowing that it is possible to have every area of life be an authentic expression of oneself. He encourages his students to move beyond old paradigms and to bring the benefits of practice to life off the mat.
Looking for the underlying beauty in all situations and people, Poncho has a natural gift for human connection, empathic listening and appreciation. Apart from teaching yoga, Poncho is a Thai massage practitioner and communication coach. He splits his time teaching in Chiang Mai, Thailand and facilitating workshops and retreats in Europe, Asia, the US and his native Mexico.

Laurence Gilliot (E-RYT200)
Along the way, Laurence started to practice yoga, which had a profound impact on her life. She saw that she could greatly contribute to this world by transforming her own emotional luggage and by sharing her practice with others.
With 6 years dedicated practice to yoga with a wide variety of styles and gifted teachers, Laurence now sees yoga as a journey home, reconnecting us to the deepest parts of ourselves, with our breath, humour and self-love as travel companions. Her classes are inspired by Anusara, Vinyasa, Restorative yoga, Yin yoga and Ayurveda.
Meditation in motion has been a common denominator in Laurence’s life. Besides the practice of yoga, she completed a 5-month walking meditation in the Himalayas, facilitates the dance of Compassionate Communication and is a certified facilitator of Dance Mandala, an ecstatic dance expression, where participants listen and follow the body’s intuitive wisdom.
Since 2006, Laurence has studied Buddhist mindfulness meditation on several retreats with Zen-master Thich Nhat Hanh and she co-facilitates a weekly meditation group in Chiang Mai. She combines this Eastern practice of Buddhist psychology with the Western practice of Non-Violent Communication to coach both individuals and groups towards more fulfilled and joyful lives.
