10 Day Living Consciously Yoga and Meditation retreat Program is one of the most balanced and intense retreats in Rishikesh. It has intense focus on traditional meditation techniques from Pratyahara and Dharana stages of Raja Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, Kriya Yoga and Yoga Upanishads.

This is an approximately 100-hour intense Yoga and Meditation retreat program designed to provide everyday tools to assist you in dealing with your mind and its complexities. It is also an opportunity to set aside time for yourself, and discover your true nature. The Retreat will be a beautiful and rhythmic blend of asanas (Yogic postures), pranayama (Hatha yogic breathing), mantras, meditation and pre-meditation techniques sourced from tradition of Tantra, Upanishads, Raja yoga and Kriya yoga.
Focus of this retreat program is to study and experience the process of meditation and yogic postures systematically with incisive insight into the philosophical, psychological and therapeutic dimensions of meditative process. This entire program will deepen the understanding of yoga aspirants, teachers and therapists about various techniques of meditation and will equip them with sound knowledge of philosophical background of yogic system.
Meditation as widely understood is not a set of techniques or ritual rather it is a state of experience of evolved mind. It is a phenomenon which happens as a byproduct of Yogic journey. A holistic or integrative approach of yoga is recommended to actualize this state of consciousness and potential of evolved mind in meditative state through various techniques of Hatha yoga such as Asana, Pranayama, Mudra, Bandha and Shatkriyas as well as time proven techniques of Raja yoga, Mantra Yoga and Kriya Yoga.
