EASTOVER ESTATE & RETREAT is a residential holistic retreat center, dedicated to serving the greater holistic community, for the last 5 years it has been undergoing a complete renovation and is emerging as a facilitator of holistic workshops and retreats. Centered around an evocative Berkshire Summer Cottage with sun trenched café, juice bar, library, meeting rooms, porch, terrace, luxury bedrooms, Eastover is centrally located in the cultural hub of the Berkshires, and only minutes from Tanglewood, Kriplau, Shakespeare & Co. and dozens of other cultural venues, Eastover is an ideal location for teachers, groups, organizations and companies seeking retreat and training. Eastover offers spacious characteristic and historical workshop and program rooms with multiple meeting and studio facilities including well-equipped commercial kitchens ideal for all styles of cooking classes. There is a wide range of limited overnight accommodations preserving its intimacy to fit everyone’s budget, from rustic, to contemporary, to luxurious.

Eastover is unaffiliated with any specific spiritual tradition. Join Lama Migmar for a summer celebration. This summer festival will focus on the healing empowerment of Vajrapani and the peaceful Jinseg (fire puja). Vajrapani practice is a powerful method for eliminating obstacles to realization on the path of awakening.
In this program, we will learn the practice of Vajrapani and participate with Lama Migmar in performing the peaceful Jinseg ceremony. The peaceful Jinseg ceremony is used for healing illnesses and overcoming outer and inner obstacles, as well as social upheavals and environmental problems.
Those who cannot come to the Jinseg ceremony can still participate by making offering and dedicating the merit for oneself and others

Lama Migmar Tseten
Lama Migmar served as the head of Sakya Center in Rajpur, India, and the Sakya Monastery in Puruwalla, India, from 1981 to 1989, taking care of the well being of several hundred monastic residents. During this time he reintroduced the original form of the geshe educational system of Tibet, with degrees from kazhipa up to the rabjampa degree, with a curriculum that included all of the eighteen major texts, which are known as the Dragchen Chogyed.
Lama Migmar has supervised the editing and publication of over 50 rare volumes of Sakya literature including the 31 volumes of Sakya Lamdre and the rare Golden Manuscripts of the Five Founding Masters of Sakya. Lama Migmar has also authored and published many books covering various subjects from Hinayana, Mahayana, and Vajrayana traditions, including, "Awakening to the Noble Truth", "Wisdom Gone Beyond", "The Play of Mahamudra", "The Tibetan Book of Awakening", "Treasures of the Sakya Lineage", and "Visions". Lama Migmar also established Mangalam Studio to share spiritual arts, teachings, and practices via podcasts, videos, practice texts, and other types media to the public for free.
