This long weekend in Marrakech has been designed to restore your wellbeing and appeal to your senses.
A total of six yoga and meditation classes, combined with a menu of fabulous vegetarian cuisine, will help re-balance mind, body and nervous system.
Over the weekend, we include a session on finding more balance and less stress in everyday life, through a combination of ancient mindfulness and yoga techniques, and practical lifestyle suggestions.
The venue has been chosen for its amazingly tranquil location, despite only being five minutes' walk from the famous main square. A large roof terrace and courtyard patio (pictured) are surrounded by palm trees and bird-song. There is no traffic or street noise.
Beginners to yoga/meditation are very welcome on this retreat.
