He has trained with Grand Gong master Don Conreaux (one of the 5 original Kundalini teachers designated by Yogi Bhajan in the late ’60s), and is still learning with him to this day. Leo has also trained with Kriya Yogi Ashokananda.

Leo teaches at Indaba in Marylebone, the Life Centre in Notting Hill and Samsara in Wimbledon, London.

When I rose, I was struck how (pleasantly) disoriented I felt, like I was floating on air.
I was truly surprised how quickly I was able to relax. My jaw and lower face had relaxed to such an extent, I was having trouble formulating sentences for the first few minutes!

The effects lasted well into the evening and even the next morning, when I felt an incredible sense of calm and focus.

Review from Blissful Blog:
"Leo is a sound healer and composer with a lot of talent.
The Gong meditation experience was great as it allowed me to take out time for myself, to be mindful also try to switch off my mind and overall be purposeful. I would highly recommend it, everyone needs a bit of switching off and creating time to just stop."
