Our retreat center-small conference facility is available for group rental. Spirit Fire is also the location for Living Awareness Meditation retreats, Conscious Living Program retreats, and Quietude personal get-away retreats.
You can feel the sacredness of the 95 acres of forest, meadows, and ridge surrounded valley. A trail system winds through the land, over three small streams, through a secluded meadow and back to our lawns and organic gardens.

Night skies reveal magnificent stars and constellations; the fire circle creates powerful bonds; and magical moments in the great outdoors provide lasting memories for all who visit.
Spirit Fire is committed to a healthy world and a healthy you. We serve as much seasonal organic produce as possible. If we don't grow it in our own gardens, we gather it from from local farms and cooperatives. Omnivores will find meats and fish purchased with an intention to avoid chemicals, antibiotics, GMO feed, and inhumane handling.
Healthy food means a healthy body, healthy mind, and healthy spirit. Our meals are prepared with a big heart and served with a big smile.

Are you a highly successful and intuitive individual who really wants to embody, feel and express profound love, but has also been pushing it away?
So many desperately want to have profound experiences with love but many 'stiff-arm' it because it takes vulnerability. You've been hurt before. It's been painful. You haven't been able to trust it growing up. And so, you haven't felt safe to open yourself to love.
The result, unfortunately, is that you end up feeling unfulfilled and unhappy. You might think that if you just give more of yourself, do more, achieve and accomplish more, or sacrifice your needs for the benefit of others, you'll have that experience of feeling deeply loved.
But, it doesn't work that way.
To feel profoundly loved and receive it fully, you need to open up to it within and embody it. It takes such courage and strength to do this. And most of us need a little guidance to let love in in a different way than we normally do.
This is why we've created this weekend retreat to support you in being 'Nurtured by Love'.
What You'll Experience
Our intention is to provide a sacred space so you feel safe and relaxed enough to explore some of the boundaries that you've held in place and have kept you from feeling profoundly loved. You're going to discover how to access your own resource of love within, embody it more fully and start rewriting your love story. You'll also walk away with a daily love practice so that you can apply what you learn here and continue to open up to profound love in 'regular' life.
Our approach is personal and intimate. It's not a one-size-fits-all cookie-cutter thing. The formula for letting love in is a personal one. Thus in addition to group work, we've built in time to support you one-on-one.
We want you to be feel comfortable, relaxed, safe and enjoyable. Please know that we are available during the retreat for chats, discussions, and an unlimited amount of hugs! All you need to do is ask. :)
You'll also be gaining an additional support system through the relationships and ties that are created within the group. There's always something magical that happens when people come together for a common intention and connect in-person heart-to-heart. Deep bonds are created which continue to remind us that we are loved and are never alone.
Listening to Your Heart
There comes a time in our lives when we know we must make an important decision for ourselves, for the direction of our lives, as well as the best long term decision for our families and those we care about most. On the outside this decision may look as if it’s selfish or just for ourselves, but in truth, it is not. It is the best decision for ourselves AND everyone in our lives.
Sometimes, we know there is the best choice for us deep down, even if it might ruffle some feathers or there may be some tough conversations to be had...Yet, we know on the inside it’s the right decision. When we take steps towards, true, deep love of ourselves, knowing that this love will grow, expand and be able to share with all those we love most, how can that be anything other than a good decision?

Each of your meals will be prepared by Steve and Tim, two foodies who love to cook and satisfy your individual preferences. Their cooking is done with loving intention using as much seasonal, organic produce as possible. Everything is locally sourced, either from their own gardens or from local farms and cooperatives. Meats and fish are purchased with an intention to avoid chemicals, antibiotics, GMO feed, and inhuman handling.

Nat Couropmitree is an Intuitive Coach, Energy Worker, Author and Speaker. He specializes in supporting energetically sensitive individuals to partner with love so that they can finally relax, feel secure, loved, valued and empowered as themselves.
Through his programs, such as, the 7-Day Consciousness Experiments and the Allow Love Tribe, Nat combines energy work with practical tools and perspectives to help individuals transcend old limiting stories and become confident, authentic and prosperous in an uncertain world.

Matt O’Grady Studied Psychology at Hofstra University and has worked in marketing for the last 20 years, starting off at Harcourt, Inc. A serial entrepreneur, Matt has owned many businesses, including a regional magazine custom publishing company, and now, a digital marketing company, HarmoniaMedia.
Matt is the Author of 2 books: Living Gratitude: A Simple Path to Happiness and The Law of Attraction Workbook. He also co-hosted the Matt and Phil LOA Show for 4 years and now hosts his own podcast. He is President of Matt OGrady Coaching. where he teaches his clients how to be happier, more successful and grateful. Matt is also co-founder of Soul Brothers, a non-profit Organization that supports people and especially children in need. He lives with his wife and 3 year old son, Patrick, in Huntington, New York.
