Pause Wellbeing Escapes are fun and homely getaways in the heart of the Somerset countryside which concentrate on wellbeing from the inside out. A place to pause, take time out for yourself and give your body some TLC, leaving you detoxified, stress relieved and full of energy!
We create this through the delicious, organic, home-cooked food we prepare and the mindful activities we practice including; yoga, meditation, cycling, guided country walks and coastal trips with surfing and more energy filled fun. To relax, unwind in a bubbling hot tub and soothe the muscles with a therapeutic massage, all set in country-chic accommodation over a 3 day, 2night escape.
In essence, we are providing the ideal environment to allow you to be introduced to your own wellbeing and to leave feeling relaxed and re-energised.
How we Pause…
YOGA: After a hot lemon water, "wake-up yoga" in Nutbeam studio will happen each morning with Ciara where we will set up the day with a clear mind.
SURF: We love to surf and with access to the North Devon coast it’s something we encourage everyone to try. A full body workout and an awesome experience in mother natures’ largest playground.
SUP: Stand up paddle boarding is a great core workout and one the most tranquil ways to explore the Jurassic Coast nearby.
HIKE: The Blackdown Hills (Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty) is on our doorstep and with the knowledge of each hill and forest, we plan beautiful hikes to fill the lungs with its pure clean air.
CYCLE: Legs pumping, wind in the hair and beautiful views will guarantee a release of our own super powerful endorphins for a natural high! There is no better place to enjoy this feeling.
MASSAGE: After a day of moving the body, we have a top masseuse to help relax it and restore the muscles.
RELAX: Bubbling in the hot-tub or in front of the log fire with a glass of carefully chosen organic wine. This is just as important as the rest of the day.
FOOD: Vital to our wellbeing and essential to keep us feeling amazing; our delicious, fresh and mostly organic meals are expertly prepared moments before you eat them.
We will carefully plan each day depending on conditions; either staying in the hills or road tripping to the coast, to ensure you get the best from your Pause.
