Established almost two decades ago, in 1992, we are one of California's leading Yoga Centers, home to some of the finest instructors in the state. Located in a beautiful, historic building, our studios have an expansive atmosphere, with twenty-foot ceilings, huge skylights and are filled with light.
We are committed to offering the best quality of yoga instruction in an inspiring and uplifting setting.
Our daily Schedule offers a large variety of yoga styles, to suit different needs and ages.
Our 200 & 500-hour YOGA ALLIANCE APPROVED TEACHER TRAINING PROGRAM, attracts students nationally and internationally, presenting master instructors such as Erich Schiffmann, Judith Lasater , Seane Corn, Lisa Walford, among many.

Classical Hatha Yoga, Iyengar, Anusara, eclectic Vinyasa, Integral, Yin Yoga, Kundalini, Pre & Post Natal, Kids and Teens Yoga, Restorative and Therapeutic Yoga.

Come stay in Santa Barbara's oldest yoga studio. Our beautiful and serene apartment has your own practice space and props, rose colored windows with views of a gothic cathedral, trees and downtown. Organic linens and bamboo floors, a full private kitchen and bathroom. and best of all, unlimited classes in our studios in the same building are included in your stay. Our teachers are excellent. Minimum two nights and for 1 or two people only. (Queen sized bed, and can add a futon with featherbed.) Additional nights are discounted.
