Each day Coach Kelly will take us through 1-2 Pilates based workouts with distinct movements and purposes. Kelly's morning class will be sure to wake you up with a fast-paced, up-beat, flowing Pilates class sure to challenge you with planks, pushups, and high heart-rate sequences. We will wake up the deepest core muscles, get your heart rate up and challenge the more physical fundamentals of the Pilates principles, breath and flow.
In the evenings, Coach Kelly will take us through a variety of classical Pilates mat classes that offer a comparatively more relaxed approach to working out. This class will focus largely on the more mental principles of Pilates, such as centering and concentration, with an emphasis on control and stability. This class will intentionally bring your focus back to your body after a long day of activity, including light stretches within the classical Pilates sequence to allow the muscles to breathe, relax and rejuvenate.

Enjoy relaxing beachfront accommodations in one of the the Hampton's most beautiful beaches. We will be staying at the Ocean Vista Resort in Amagansett that is on the beach and near nature parks for hiking and biking.
Mornings and evenings will be dedicated to our Pilates sessions, but afternoons are free to enjoy amenities like the pool and beach, or to go into town to explore or shop. As part of the retreat, we will take a scenic group excursion such as bike riding in Montauk.
