This course is suitable for both Yoga beginners and advanced practitioners. The Yoga sessions are daily in the mornings before it gets hot. The activating physical practise is being balanced by Pranayama (breathing techniques) and Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation). Your inner awareness of your self and your body as well as the harmony between your body, soul and mind are being enhanced and deepened. This creates a feeling of overall lightness, relaxation and happiness.
The rest of day you are free to do what you like best: to swim, snorkel, sunbathe, fish, read… And to explore the beautiful places we are visiiting along the cruise. There are excursions being offered.
Furthermore, the light and fresh food promotes lightness, detoxification and vitality, which are being initiated by the Yoga practises.
The course is being held in either German or English or both.
Take Time to Breathe and Empower Your True Self
Pamina T. Fuchs
I grew up with a father for a Yoga teacher who had his own Yoga studio. However, I waited until I was twenty-five-years-old and living far away from home in Berlin to take an interest in this discipline. I loved the experience of my first Yoga class. It brought me a sense of inner peace, relaxation and happiness in a personally dark time of my life. Also, it felt like coming home. It was as if my body already knew the various exercises. After my third class I decided to become a teacher myself. a)because I enjoyed the practise so much b)because it seemed like the best complement to my rather frustrating screen acting career. So I completed a teacher training and afterwards was immediately hired by a number of sport studios all over the city. To complete my teacher profile I did a Power Pilates teacher training the following year. Over the succeeding years I got to know different styles of Yoga by attending regular additional trainings. I always found/find it inspiring to learn more by experiencing other teacher’s teaching. Among the great teachers, to whom I feel indebted and who have inspired my own way of teaching are Bridget J.Woods-Kramer, Anusara Yoga, Brian Kest, Power Yoga, Mark Withwell, Yoga of the Heart and my own father. Although I was apparently being successful and well liked teacher and also enjoyed teaching classes there came a point when I felt I needed a break from it. This more or less coincided with my leaving Berlin for good and moving back to Switzerland. At that period my self-doubting search after the reason for my personal existence had become paramount and my daily personal yoga practice often seemed like the only moments of relative happiness and peace I could call my own. After having passed through a very dark personal night I awoke in the light of my own Soul. This made be give up my acting career for good, taking up teaching again, training my recently discovered latent psychic and healing abilities (which I was born with) and writing a book about my life and experiences in consciousness so far. This work (Brücke aus Glas) was re-edited and finally published in 2013. In winter 2013/14 I traveled to India for the first time and found it very inspiring to be taught Yoga by an Indian Yoga master for a change. This winter 2014/15 I will return to the South of India. This time for a period of intense training. I will be doing an Ashtanga TT. Today, besides living my vocation as a Yoga (and Pilates) teacher, I am writing blogspots, further books, I am leading workshops on expansion of spiritual awareness, coach people on their personal life-path, work as a healing medium to individuals and the collective of creation. My vision is a world in which everyone is happy, free and living from the heart in the light and love of their true Self. Trusting in the Divine power, respecting themselves, their brothers and sisters and Mother Earth. I am dedicating my whole existence to this vision and to me teaching Yoga is a highly effective method to teach others how to find the place of silence, love and light within themselves and to live therefrom.See more photos and other events by this presenter
