Sally Mitchell, Founder, Body Flows
Sally is the founder of Body Flows and teaches yoga to individuals and business all over the San Francisco Bay Area, Sonoma and Napa. Her classes consist of flowing sequences, linking movement with the breath, incorporating strengthening, stretching, pranayama and meditation, for a challenging, fun, balanced and mindful practice.
Sally is also a Certified Massage Therapist and a Reiki Practitioner, working with people looking to cure chronic pain, as well as healing injuries and helping release physical and emotional tension from the body. With two young children of her own, ages 11 and 8, Kristen strives to keep her life balanced through running, triathlon and a strong work-life balance philosophy. She has been a runner for 25 years and completed 2 marathons and a Half ironman. She believes in the power of having a healthy body, mind and soul.
Dr. Wynns uses humor, high energy, practical tips, and motivational techniques to inspire women to reach their full potential and live the lives they want. She is passionate about inspiring women through therapy, workshops, media, and her monthly relationship column in the National Monthly Magazine, All You.
