Shannon Jamail

Shannon's drive for fitness and wellness was sparked in high school through her track and field experiences, including going to state championships. She continued athletics through college and into her later life in various forms such as sprinting, yoga, strength training and CrossFit. She is a level 1 certified CrossFit trainer and Movement and Mobility trainer, a 200-hour yoga instructor as well as a certified meditation instructor-and loves to share her passion with those around her. She is a mother of four and also loves to cook healthy-but tasty- meals and snacks. In addition, she believes the quality of food (and quantity of food) fuels us (good or bad depending on what you put in) so she obtained her certification of Advanced Clinical Weight Loss Practitioner with The Health Sciences Academy.
She is also a business owner, loves to oil paint and in her last year of her Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling studies, in which she will incorporate fitness, nutrition and mental health counseling for a complete mind and body wellness approach. Shannon's past background as an Executive at a Fortune 500 company, along with her passion for others to live long, healthy fulfilling lives, drives her to give the best of herself in all that she does- and strives to help others do the same.
