Sweden yoga + meditation retreat takes place once year in Southern Sweden in a forest retreat centre, 3-hour train ride from Copenhagen International Airport.
In 2016, the dates are:
It’s possible to attend the retreat for 4 days/3 nights or for 7 days/6 nights
We usually have around 15-18 students attending in each group and 2 teachers offering their expertise in this retreat.
A mix of students from Scandinavia and the rest of the world. Some guests coming on their own and some with a friend. The ages are usually different, as well as levels of experience, so we are open to both beginners and experienced practitioners. If someone is a beginner, it is strongly recommendable to start attending yoga classes 2-3 times a week 2+ months before the retreat. It will be easier for them to follow and they can get the most out of the retreat that way.
Guests can fly to Copenhagen International Airport and from there take a train to the centre which takes about 3 hours. We can organise a taxi pickup from the train station (takes 10 minutes) and if possible, coordinate it with other guests so that the car and the transfer costs are shared between the passengers. Transfers are subject to additional fee (150sek) and the amount may be split between the passengers. It would be best to arrive between 15-17 in the afternoon. The departure time on last day is around 13-14.00.
What is included:
• 3- or 6-nights’ accommodation at the retreat
• all meals (vegetarian) including buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner
• the use of the beautiful yoga space and all yoga and meditation classes (3+ hours daily on most days)
