Tantra is beyond any description. It is a metaphor, can’t be grasped by the mundane mind. It s a way of being, hidden in the daily life.
It is called ‘Tantra’ because it elaborates ‘Tan’: copious and profound matters, especially relating to the principles of reality: ‘Tattva’. It provides liberation: ‘Tra’. The sage Patanjali defined it as ‘Savtantra’. ’Sav means ‘Self’ and ‘Tantra’ means ‘Liberation’: One who is realised in the ‘Self’, Liberated.
In this workshop you’ll enter into the state of self realising, breaking the grip of the mind, letting go of stored emotions, realising past and future motions of the mind and diving deeper into the sacred presence of ‘Now’. With partners or alone, it is a journey from Self to Self which liberates you!
The workshop contains the following elements:
- Emotion releasing
- Healing of accumulated past pains and misery by letting go
- Energising with new energies and throbbing heart with loving power
- Rejoicing oneself with tremendous gratitude
- Integrating and rooting in Self
A beautiful gathering happening at Rishis International to transform and heal our energies. You are invited with partners or alone to this sacred journey!

A nomad at heart , my journey started at a young age. I was always sensitive to others need and yoga has helped to become more conscious about it. it has helped me to channel my energy towards helping others.
I did lose touch with this part of myself in trying to build life according to external perception but as they say only way out is to go inwards and just like that my journey began.
A strong desire to find some stability and tranquility led me to Sivananda Ashram where I formally underwent training to become a yoga teacher. Along with this I started attending various yoga and meditation camps to help me go deeper in it.
Since then I have been travelling and conducting programs which includes beginners, intermediate as well as being part of TTC as an Assistant Teacher. All this with the hope of sharing the peace that I have rediscovered.
