Over the week, we will guide you in yogalates, meditation and positive psychology sessions to help clear and calm your mind. You will also learn ways to cultivate a healthier diet and lifestyle through talks on women’s health and nutrition and demonstrations on live-foods and natural beauty care.
Healthy seasonal and organic plant-based meals will be served at every meal and there will be time for you to relax and restore by enjoying the ambiance at Tallows Beach, get a massage and go on beach walks. You will leave feeling cleansed, nourished and renewed. No pre-requisites required, just the desire to have fun and get your health and wellbeing on track.
