Sewall House Yoga Retreat
Small personalized retreat, private rooms only, in historic home in Maine where TR learned the healing attributes of nature with nature guide William Sewall, healing from asthma and get his first exposure to deep nature and wilderness. The journey continues with Master level Yoga teacher Donna Amrita Davidge, teaching since 1985 full time in New York City, as well as workshops in the United States and abroad. This retreat is a wonderful opportunity to see how Kundalini Yoga impacts your writing. You do not have to be a writer to take a part in this retreat, just be open to expressing yourself through writing exercises in a supportive insightful environment. The regular retreat schedule of morning hatha based practice geared to your level of challenge and afternoon Kundalini is included, all meals and the guidance of an experienced caring writing teacher Maria Massei Rosato,. Ample time to enjoy the surrounding New England town and nature, You may book longer if you like and enjoy the full 5 day recommended retreat. This is the 3rd summer we are offering this in Maine and we have taught this workshop in NYC at Golden Bridge Yoga as well.
