There are so many classes that lead you through yoga and feed you healthy food. But we also want to give the gift of knowledge, so that you will have the tools to take a healthy lifestyle home with you! Every morning we will have a vigorous yoga class, in which you'll learn how to balance and strengthen different parts of your body. (Your spine, hips, shoulders, feet and ankles, and more.) In the evening, I will teach you gentle stretches and self massage techniques with Yoga Tune Up® massage balls to relax tight muscles. And the renowned vegan chef Christy Morgan will be teaching cooking and wellness classes, along with fitness classes so you can get your sweat on. We will be staying in a beautiful resort with access to the beach, surfing and relaxing. Come join us!

Christy Morgan is also known as “The Blissful & Fit Chef”, and has worked in the natural foods industry since 2002. She’s most known for as a chef for celebrities in Los Angeles and for her cookbook, Blissful Bites: Vegan Meals That Nourish Mind, Body, and Planet. Her mission is to show that a whole foods vegan diet can be delicious, easy and will bring more energy and bliss into your life! Christy became obsessed with fitness post-30 and is now a NASM certified personal trainer and yoga teacher spreading the message that you can be strong & thrive on a plant-based diet.
