Wellbeing journey for everyone
Once you step on the island, you will start your wellbeing journey. You will be welcomed with a big hug, maybe even with a traditional local song, refreshing and a detailed information about program, daily activities and schedule.
However, this is your holiday so you’ll be free to decide how much you want to practice and challenge yourself. The yoga team consist of qualified, excellent teachers from all over the world who will provide the very best yoga classes. There will also be lots of free time to enjoy either relaxing by the pool, absorbing gentle healthy sunbeams, reading or just contemplating in the shade.
For the adventurous and vivacious ones there are many optional activities like cycling, walking, diving, paragliding, hiking, trekking, kayaking, standup paddle boarding, and sailing on traditional Dalmatian fishing sailboat- falkusa, as well as excursions around the Island.
Yoga & Art
Whether you are a beginner or a regular practitioner of yoga, the classes in our yoga retreat program are carefully designed in such a way that you will be sure to benefit. You will find that suitable variations for all levels of yoga are proposed during the sessions. The retreat is open for all levels of experience, yet ideally if there is already some experience in yoga.
Yoga classes are a combination of familiar postures, as well as more challenging poses, with adjustments and variations given to students. You are encouraged to keep listening to the energy of the moment, and to keep practicing within the limitations of your own body, with no expectations as to what could (or could not) be achieved before.
In the classes you will have opportunity to practice wide spectrum of physical and mental yoga including energizing Vinyasa sequences, resorative yoga, mindfulness & meditation, reflections and discussions. Each day starts with an energizing Vinyasa Flow yoga, evening classes are set at a more relaxed pace.
Twice a week art therapy workshops will be delivered. The goal is to access your playful intuition and express yourself artistically (in one of traditional forms of art such as painting, drawing, photography, sculpture) under the guidance and supervision of a teacher who will help you with interpretation and understanding of underlying messages communicated through your art. It may help you with deeper understanding of yourself, resolving issues as well as reducing stress, and improving self-esteem and awareness . You don’t need to have any predisipositions, just curiosity and you’ll be surprised how fun is expressing yourself through art.
In challenging and playful DANCE workshop you'll have opportunity to explore the ways in which we change our minds through movement and dance.

Yoga retreat takes place in a luxury villa snuggled between the pine woods and vinyards, in the heart of the Island Vis. It is lovely, beautiful and energetic space.
Located just 9km from Vis and 3 km from pebbly and sandy beaches, Villa is set within acres of flourishing vineyards and olive groves. The private estate produces famous wines and a distinctive olive oil which you can taste and enjoy during your stay and is a perfect souvenir
Villa is charming ensemble of two lovely old stone houses (one for 8 people, the other for 4 people) , fully restored and stylishly furnished respecting the original architectonic structure and the old tradition of the typical Dalmatian house complemented by swimming pool 50m2 with jacuzzi, beautiful terrace under the pine trees with barbecue – ideal for alfresco dining in the shade.
The rooms show off the traditional-meets-modern look creating warm and inviting atmosphere that feels like home. Tastefully furnished throughout with 100% cotton sheets, towels, hypoallergenic pillows and mosquito netting.
Outdoor areas provide ideal places for lazing by the swimming pool, lounging, reading, journaling, or rejuvenating with a refreshing afternoon nap.
The classic beauty of Villa combined with its history and idyllic countryside setting create the perfect backdrop for yoga retreat.
Every day three vegetarian meals inspired by the Mediterranean diet will be provided with tips & tricks how to make your own delicious and healthy food art. Recepies are customized featuring seasonal, fresh, local ingredients and home made olive oil and vinegar. Meals will be served at outdoor table nestled under pine trees or in case of bad weather in our house dining area with fireplace.
Fresh coffee, a variety of teas and healthy snacks will be available at all times.
Free time & optional activities
In your free time you will have the luxury of time and space to do things just for you. There will be several daily excursions to local towns and villages, dazzling beaches, and sights, as well as tasting of local home made products.

The island is full of numerous bays, coves, caves, grottoes, and small breathtaking villages in the inland of the Island. This is the perfect starting point to discover many faces of island Vis, cultural, artistic, archaeological, explore of nearby islands Bisevo and famous Blue Cave.
You are invited to an inspiring all-inclusive yoga retreat week at one of the last undiscovered paradises in the Mediterranean - Island Vis in Croatia.
She began practicing ashtanga yoga as a way to improve her technique and prevent the frequent injuries that are so common with professional dancers. She quickly began to experience the profound effect that yoga has not just on the body but on the mind. Her outlook began to change and she fell in love with this ‘moving meditation’.
Following the completion of an intensive teacher training at Himalaya Yoga Valley Goa, Jenn began regularly teaching ashtanga, power and hot yoga in her native Birmingham.
Over the past few years Jenn’s style has evolved to incorporate the flow and playfulness of her dance background, whilst staying true to the traditional teachings of yoga. Her freestyle vinyasa flow classes take you on a creative journey through traditional and modern postures, linked with creative transitions, uplifting music and some pretty funky balances and core work.
For Jenn, yoga is a way of life allowing her to foster a ‘can do’ attitude and approach life with a sense of joy and gratitude. She encourages her students to have fun exploring their infinite capabilities … after all what your body is allowing you to do is truly amazing!
