THE SURROUNDING AREA
Nestled on the imposing Western Sierra Madre, and washed by the Ocean Pacific waters, the Nayarit Riviera is shaping to be one of Mexico’s most attractive tourist destinations. The area is actually a 192 mile stretch of coastline, backed by jungle-clad mountains and facing offshore islands. There is plenty of remote backcountry for those wanting to see a more rustic side of rural Mexico.
This retreat will give you a broad foundation of the Vedic healing arts that will transform your life.

Brad has taught Yoga and Meditation for over 14 years and practiced Yogic related techniques for over 25 years. He was the founder/owner of Shiva Yoga studio in Crested Butte Colorado. Brad's students highly regard him as a very knowledgeable, intuitive and powerful teacher with great patience and compassion. He invokes both practical wisdom and a deeper understanding of the energetics of life and Tantric Hatha Yoga.
As a keen practitioner of Korean, Chinese and Japanese Martial Arts from the age of eleven, Brad had great respect & fascination for the "secret powers" that the masters of these arts invoked. It was a natural and enlightening transition for Brad to begin the practice and study of the Yogic Arts at an early age.
In 1999 Brad began teaching basic Hatha Yoga on the Gold Coast in Australia. He soon realized that to become an affective and respected teacher in this tradition it would require serious commitment, training and years of experience. See more photos and other events by this presenter
