A long bank holiday with three whole days to enjoy the expansive and beautiful space, easy to get to from the UK. With its lovely rooms, large yoga and meditation attic, bikes, a boat and walks around the lake and grounds, the Mill offers a perfect haven for the end of the summer. The Mill Retreat Centre is set in 30 acres of stunning grounds. With a spectacular 10 acre lake, a beautiful river running underneath the centre and views of enticing woodland. It is a natural paradise for people and wildlife alike, allowing visitors to simply be and relax, take lovely walks round the lake,bird watch or just unwind next to the sparkling river. There is currently a hydro-electricity project underway to make the Mill completely self-sufficient.
Charlotte has been running retreats for many years and has a reputation for helping students feel present, embodied and to practice with a smile. Mixing mindfulness within yoga practice and through meditation space and personal exploration is a profound and enjoyable way to let go off the stresses of day-to-day life.
This retreat will be dedicated to guiding you to feel calm, connected, restored, rejuvenated and content. There will be a more energising practice in the morning, with relaxation and restoration in the afternoon session. You will have plenty of time to relax, walk and explore, as well as optional nutrition talk, silent walks and evening meditation.
Two yoga sessions daily β opening and energising in the morning and relaxing and restoring before dinner. Suitable for all levels and modifications always available.

Charlotte is also a high-profile Nutritional Therapist, practising for over 15 years and winner of the CAM Award for Outstanding Practice 2012. She is author of many books, including her latest The De-Stress Effect (Hay House 2015) and she also writes regularly for the Mail Online, Om Magazine, Healthista and What Doctorβs Donβt Tell You. She currently teaches on the Stress, Burnout & Chronic Fatigue module for Yoga Campus and lectures for The Minded Institute, having previous lectured for The Institute of Optimum Nutrition and the College of Naturopathic Medicine.
