Bienvenue en Provence! Based on the success in running yoga retreats for several years, and on the positive comments received from guests dining at our table d'hôtes at La Vudele, we decided to combine our two passions: yoga and vegan cooking. During these weekends, explore and create vegan Provencal dishes using the freshest seasonal ingredients, and enjoy your yoga practice under the blue sky of Provence. Bon appetit!
During these workshops you will explore alignment of your body to let universal energy flow, learn to open up your chakras with simple but effective adjustments, and you will have time to find out what is good for you, for your body. There is no pressure in the group to perform, true to the yoga spirit: finding inner peace. Come discover the key elements of Iyengar yoga practice based on Hatha yoga enriched by meditation and relaxation, adapted to all levels. At the end of these workshops you will have been exposed to the spirit of yoga and deepened your practice.

Aside from daily yoga practice participants have time to explore the area, be it on foot (easy dedicated meditation walk, various walking and hiking paths starting directly at La Vudèle) or water (2 lakes nearby for boating and swimming)

Practicing yoga for more than 15 years and after having been exposed to various forms of yoga she focuses on the concentrated art of Iyengar yoga, with its focus on oneself, on balance and on the gentle use of one’s muscles, combining it with various aspects of slow and focused Hatha yoga, which include breathing, relaxation and mediation. All with the same goal: to become one with oneself
