The yoga and raw vegan food retreat in Italy is mainly about
- experiencing a week of eating 3 delicious, gourmet, raw, vegan and inspiring meals each day, expertly prepared by our host, Cathy
- doing 4 hours of yoga a day (including meditation)
- having inspiring talks on healthy living
- giving the body a break from all the possibly energy zapping food items we put into it, such as sugar, meat, dairy, wheat, processed foods, caffeine, alcohol... and showering it instead with an abundance of deliciously healthy raw vegan treats.
- giving your body, mind and spirit a boost of energy and vitality
You also experience what it feels like to live a healthy lifestyle for body, mind and spirit... and hopefully, this experience will motivate you to continue once you return home.
