Join Mary O'Toole for a week-long yoga retreat in Ireland, August 25-31 or September 8- 14, 2014.
Come and enjoy a week of self care, gentle yoga, delicious food and quality time in nature. This is a great opportunity to really unplug, take yourself out of your daily life and immerse yourself into your yoga practice. Imagine waking up everyday to the fresh smell of the ocean and starting your day with a gentle, loving, nurturing yoga class with Mary O'Toole.
Mary started her own yoga practice in 2004 at a time of personal challenge and stress. A regular yoga practice helped her cope with stress, overcome anxiety and create a healthy balance in her life. After a month of yoga she noticed she craved healthy foods and for the first time in her life started to lose weight effortlessly and keep it off.
Mary is offering two daily yoga classes on these retreats (except the days of tours). Mary enjoys teaching a deep meditative yoga practice and connecting you to each pose from the inside out. Each class is unique, soothing and your stress becomes a thing of the past.
On these retreats Mary is combining her love for nature and her passion for yoga to give you the most relaxing, healing and nurturing experience.
These retreats are held in Ceantar na nOilean, Connemara, Ireland, Mary's hometown. You will also have the opportunity to learn Irish, hear some traditional music with some amazing local musicians and try some Irish dancing.
Mary had the honor of leading her first yoga retreat in her hometown last September.
