This yoga retreat will be on the beautiful Greek island of Sifnos.
We'll spend a night in Athens (included in price!) on October 4th, and then head to Sifnos for the 5th - 11th.
On the 11th, we will come back to Athens for another stay at the hotel (included!) and we'll all depart on the 12th.
We'll stay at a fabulous boutique hotel, where all rooms will be reserved exclusively for our group.
The hotel boasts incredible views of the Aegean sea and features the gorgeous whitewashed buildings typical of Greece.
We'll have two classes per day - a more active, athletic practice in the morning, and a more gentle practice in the evening.
We'll also hold meditation classes here.
We will serve breakfasts and dinners at the retreat, and the food will be vegetarian and organic.
Food will be locally sourced, and made from the finest ingredients.
There is a possibility to design a gluten free menu, if you wish.
Just let us know!

Candace Moore, International yoga instructor
Yoga is a great tool for self-inquiry and as an instructor, I encourage students to turn inward during their practice to experience a meditation in motion and be an observer of their bodies and minds. That being said, I like to create classes with playful sequencing, and approach the class with a sense of honesty, and humor. I try to cater to the physical needs of the students while making sure to deliver a practice that intends to unify the mind, body, and soul.See more photos and other events by this presenter
