Located eight miles west of the city of Mt. Shasta in the mountains of the Shasta-Trinity National Forest, the camp provides RV sites, tent camping sites, a rustic lodge and a multi purpose retreat center surrounded by beautiful forests, meadows and trails.
Serving various organizations, families, groups, individual campers and churches of all denominations the camp has been in existence for over sixty-five years.
THE PAVILION at Shasta Camp, a large multi-purpose building can accommodate about 100 people and is available during the summer. Through committee donations, grants, individual pledges, sponsorships and insurance money, the vision became a reality and The Pavilion was completed at the end of 2011. The large banks of windows provide natural light and a sense of being outdoors.
The building has a large fully equipped kitchen and handicap accessible bathrooms with showers. The large gathering space can be configured for dining, meetings, seminars, worship, weddings, receptions, celebrations, memorials, camp programs and special gatherings. Tables and chairs, dishes, silverware and cooking pots and utensils are included in the use of the Paviliion. The lower level provides a recreation area for camper use.
