ALINA'S YOGA Bio
I was first introduced to yoga In 2010 ,this meeting was a revolution that linked me to my personal healing and growth. During the years Yoga became the main part of my life. For me yoga is a continual process, a journey of self discovery, helping to bring stillness and awareness into the deeper levels of our being. The practice is a place to let ourselves flow in the encounter with the body, mind and soul allowing the energy to flow inside us with calmness. Yoga is a great healing mechanism by which through the use a conscious breathing during the practice we can get closer to our center and heart feeling each sensation that we experience allowing meditation to occur.
I graduated senior teachers qualification course at Wingate and Yoga for children training at Shivananda Center.
I have had the great fortune of participating in workshops lead by some of the top teachers in Yoga- Shimon Ben Avi, . In addition, I have completed my Reiki I training.
I try to see the individual within the class and create an environment where one can work in along with working out. I relate well to likewise individuals as well as people with physical limitations.
My lessons: Yoga for children on Sundays & Wensdey 18:00-19:00 as well as Vinyasa Yoga for all level on Sundays & Wensdey 19:00-20:00 in Matnas Ceneret Bat Yam.
