What was your most memorable teaching experience this past year?
Seeing students integrating the information they’ve learned & applying it to their own teaching. It’s really rewarding to hear how excited they are to show others what they’ve learned while applying it to their own practice & lifestyle. Observing that passion & enthusiasm for teaching and yoga in general is inspiring – it has to be one of the best parts of of what I do.

What inspires you most when teaching students?
Life in general! There are so many teachable moments from life that apply to yoga – and vise versa.

Cats Chelsea and Twitch.
What advice would you give to your younger self?
Try not to try so hard. Invest more in yoga, snowboarding and the peple you care about.

Hatha, Restorative, Kundalini, Vinyasa.
