About your Instructor and Hostess
In addition to owning Blue Lotus Yoga Retreats, Jennifer is the founder and Editor-in-Chief for MN Yoga Magazine. She has her 200 hour Yoga Alliance certification from the renown LifePower yoga teacher training program and is also a NETA certified yoga instructor. Jennifer currently teaches groups, individuals, in corporate settings, and has also taught at resorts as a visiting Fit Bodies, Inc. fitness professional. She holds a Master’s Degree in Developmental Psychology and Educational Specialist degree in Educational Psychology. Personal interests include mental health, wellness, and mind-body awareness.
Jennifer is eager to offer the transformational potential of yoga and travel together to yoga enthusiasts. Jennifer provides yoga beneficial to yogis at all levels of their practice. She offers customized sessions for groups, individuals, businesses, and events and can also present and speak at wellness events. She is driven to make yoga accessible to people of all fitness levels. She is passionate about yoga as a tool and lifestyle by which to foster physical, spiritual and mental health.
