My intention is to build a strong foundation and practice which the practitioner can carry with him and have good, solid skills to maintain and develop a self-practice routine.
With focus on rising awareness, concentration and clarity in the mental aspect of you while developing a healthy revived and positively charged physical body.
The body, mind and breath go hand in hand.
