Katja Di Trani Bio
BACKGROUND: She holds a degree in Sports and Health Sciences with a concentration in Anatomy. She completed a 700 hour Yoga Teacher Training, studied Dance and is a certified Pilates Instructor. She also completed a professional athletic swim education and was subsequently an honored competitive swimmer. She has over 10 years of experience as a trainer and teacher.
METHOD: Katja is grounded and compassionate yet loves to be challenged and is on a quest to challenge her students to attain peak performance. Her philosophy: It’s okay to fall, as long as you get up again and don’t forget to be thankful!
