Melissa Andersen Bio
Melissa Andersen is an American yoga instructor with over 10 years of experience. Few years ago she quit her stressful sales job to follow her dream of yoga and travel.
She then completed her yoga teacher training in India for traditional Hatha Yoga, and has since traveled the world both teaching, practicing and gaining knowledge. Her classes are an instructional “world mix flow” with breathing exercises and meditation.
“I am just a simple, down to earth Florida girl with a zest for life. I love yoga. I run often, from 5ks to marathons. I write. Whether a journal entry, a travel story or my book. I like experiencing new cultures, nature, beaches, mountains, reading, kids, horses, sunsets, LAUGHING, meeting good people, friendship and family, sunrises, love, the ocean, music, dancing, hiking, good coffee, and most of all, travel”, says Melissa.
